In an attempt to clean up the streets Matthew Murdock—a blind lawyer—and his partner Foggy Nelson take cases which give them the opportunity to champion the cause of  justice; cases which Matthew invariably takes to the next level. As a child, Matthew was blinded during a horrific chemical spill in Hell’s Kitchen. This very dark cloud, luckily for him, came with a silver lining; since in losing his sight he gained the ability to see the world in a unique way. Lawyer by day and vigilante by night, Matthew uses his powerful skills to fight for justice.
